Tap Join free and sign up with your name and email. Use an email you can open, because the sign-in code goes there.

Step 2
Find your member no.
Your 6-digit member no. is printed on your member card on the Club page. You'll use it for WhatsApp and as your bank reference.

WhatsApp the store
Send "Membership" and your member no. to the store WhatsApp 061 736 3516. The button types it for you.
Sign in first so the button can add your member no.

Step 4
Send a photo of your ID
When we ask, send one clear photo of your SA ID, driver's licence or passport. It's read automatically to check you're 18+. We don't keep the photo.

Step 5
You're approved
We tag your account as a Member, usually within minutes. Your card stops saying "ID check pending" and flower prices open. Not showing? Sign out and back in.

Step 6
Top up credit and order
Pay club credit by EFT with your member no. as the reference. It shows on your card once the bank confirms. At checkout, tick Apply store credit.
